You do better work than your competitors. Don’t lose customers because they have a better website.

Most people look you up before they call. Show them your real jobs, your crew and your own words, and give them a reason to pick you. Send me photos and a few notes. I’ll build the rest.

Your real work

The site that wins the call

The Kerfline homepage I built from it: the kitchen drawing, and “Built in our shop, installed by the people who built it.”
The Saguaro and Stone homepage I built from it: the finished yard, and “We draw every plant before we dig.”
The Cinderpeak homepage I built from it: a house after a hail storm, and “Expect damage to roofs.”
A cabinet maker’s pencil drawing of a kitchen wall, taped to his workbench.
The cabinet maker at work in his shop.
An oak cabinet door sample.

Every kitchen is built in our shop. Then we put it in ourselves.

Kerfline

Now buyers see the craft first.

A landscaper setting an agave inside a circle painted on the dirt.
White paint on a bare front yard, marking where each plant and the path will go.
A pencil drawing of an agave.

We paint every plant on the ground before we dig.

Saguaro and Stone

Now buyers see the plan first.

A roofer chalking a test square on a roof the day after a hail storm.
Hail the size of golf balls in the grass.
Hail dents on roof shingles.

After hail, we chalk a test square on every slope. The check is free.

Cinderpeak

Now worried owners call you first.

Every site gets its own idea

No templates. I make each site for one local business. Each has one big idea people will remember, and one job it does for your customer.

  • A kitchen that builds itself from the shop drawing as you scroll

Your customer books a measure in one tap.

    Kerfline Cabinetry Concept

    Open the site
  • A shaggy dog whose eyes follow you down the page

Your customer picks the right groom, then a day and time.

    Good Dog Grooming Concept

  • A broken pane of glass that heals itself as you watch

Your customer calls the shop from the top of the page.

  • A menu painted with a big blue brush

Your customer sees tonight’s menu with prices, then books a table.

Your customer checks their street, then books a free inspection.

  • Every plant drawn on the plan before anyone digs

Your customer sees the plan, then books a site visit.

    Saguaro & Stone Concept

  • Wipe the room clean and watch the room sheet tick off

Your customer prices the clean on the page, then books it.

Love it or it’s free. Your $100 preview deposit counts toward any size. Don’t love the preview or the price? You get all $100 back.

Get Found add-on. I tune up your Google Business Profile and set up the basics that help people nearby find you. I price it with your quote.

Your web address is the one outside cost. You pay the company you buy it from, usually a small yearly fee.

Tell me about your project

I’m Jace. I started Stand Out Studios to make websites that stand out.

I only take a few projects at a time. That way you work with me from the first email to the day your site goes live. The person who reads your details is the person who builds your site.

I’d rather show you than sell you. So you see a design preview before you agree to the full build.

More about how I work

Straight answers

Still have a question? Email [email protected].

Is the $100 deposit extra?

No. It counts toward your full price when you go ahead with the build. If you say no after the preview, you get it back.

What if I don’t like the preview or the price?

Tell me before you approve the full build. I refund the full $100 to the way you paid. Your bank may take several days to show it. There’s nothing else to pay.

When do I pay the rest?

After you approve the preview, I build the full site. I send you a bill for the rest before it goes live. There’s no automatic charge and no subscription.

Do I have to get on a sales call?

No. We can do it all by email, from your first note to your yes or no.

How much does a website cost?

$399 for a one-page site, $799 for up to 5 pages, and $1,199 for up to 8 pages with booking or a small shop. Your $100 deposit counts toward it. Your price comes in writing with your preview and names every cost, even your web address.

How long does it take?

Your preview comes within 48 hours of your deposit. Once you approve it and send your photos, your site is live within 7 days.

What do I need to send you?

Tell me the basics about your business. Send any photos or a logo if you have them. Short answers are fine.

Can you help after my site goes live?

Yes, if you want. I can price updates and fixes on their own. You never have to buy them.

Can you help people find me on Google?

Yes, with the Get Found add-on. I tune up your Google Business Profile and set up the basics that help people nearby find you. I price it with your quote. No one can promise you the top spot.

Will a new site bring me more customers?

No one can honestly promise that. I can promise a site that shows your work well and makes you easy to reach.
